Liver cirrhosis is a name that refers to a group of chronic diseases of the liver in which usual liver cells are damaged and replaced by scar tissue. Cirrhosis refers to the proxy of normal liver tissue with non-living scar tissue. The process begins with irritation that is caused by long-term liver disease. After many months or years of inflammation and healthy tissue is replaced by scar tissue.

As cirrhosis continues, the liver is not left with enough performance tissue to purpose properly. If the process of cirrhosis is not slowed or stopped, the liver will no longer be able to perform its critically important functions.

Causes of Cirrhosis: -

Cirrhosis is defined as a process of healing the liver where the cells are replaced or destroyed, and lose their working conditions. Cirrhosis can be caused by several factors. Treatment depends on the cause and clinical manifestation. Consumption of protein is carefully controlled. Low Sodium consumption is kept to help keep from the accumulation of ascetic fluid in the abdomen. The best way to prevent liver failure is to reduce the risk of mounting cirrhosis or hepatitis. Eat a healthy diet from all food groups. Do not share any personal toiletry items, including toothbrushes and razors.
